What NRS Healthcare employees say about their job
-
Best thing
Helping vulnerable people recover mobility
Worst thing
Low pay, poor trading, poor work load managment, presumed you will work over your hours, poor vehicle maintenance and time given to maintain, non problem solving by managment, high staff turnover, very poor pay, no sick pay, if you don't like it then leave attitude. Paint a good picture, but scrape of the paint and it's an old rusty company with poor values to staff and clients.
