    Having good people that I work with

    Worst thing

    Not having a dishwasher in the main kitchen for 2 months, which made us have to take the dishes downstairs to use a small dishwasher meant for funtions, then having a rental dishwasher that only takes one plate rack at a time for another 2 months followed by 2 and a half days without a dishwasher in the main Kitchen again because the people that installed the new dishwasher left a part of it down in England.
