Best thing
In terms of banking contract with Anns, being able to choose shifts is a good thing. You can balance work and social life for sure.
You get paid holidays based on how much you've worked/earned.
Worst thing
They may not have a lot of hours some weeks which can leave you stuck. Find this happening a lot recently. Not good to have such an unstrucured routine.
Not great communication as everyone is always very busy.
