    In terms of banking contract with Anns, being able to choose shifts is a good thing. You can balance work and social life for sure.

    You get paid holidays based on how much you've worked/earned.

    Worst thing

    They may not have a lot of hours some weeks which can leave you stuck. Find this happening a lot recently. Not good to have such an unstrucured routine.

    Not great communication as everyone is always very busy.
