Healthcare Ireland job reviews

  • Best thing

Seeing smiles on the Residents faces and giving them the life they deserve

    Worst thing

Being attacked because it's challenging behaviour and the Managers not taking into account how you feel or asking how you are if injured. Not changing the Allocation enough so you could be sat with the same resident for the full shift. Constantly being given Overtime you didnt ask for and them needing you to work even if you say you can't. Breaks are sometimes forgotten about. Being put onto emergency annual leave if you phone in sick for Mental health or because you're sick despite them saying they work with those with Mental Health.
