We’re hiring Contact Centre Agents to join our team in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a company that values its people and provides a supportive and engaging workplace.
What You’ll Do:- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries across multiple channels (phone, webchat, email, WhatsApp, SMS).
- Assist customers with booking services, managing claims, and providing accurate information.
- Work within a structured 24/7 contact centre environment, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Receive full training and ongoing development to help you succeed in your role.
