Store Supervisor, Manchester Market Street

The company is really big, its actually fun to meet people from different departments, in my case stores.

Being overly stressed, handling customers that are incredibly needy.
Promotions often are so hard to explain that it sounds like a scam.
The way they teach you to work your way around the store doesn't make sense to no one even the customers notice this( you look like you don't know what you are doing, when you were asked to do it this way by management.).

Customers can be lovely to interact with, sales team are lovely to work with

Manager insults and talks about staff behind their back and makes comments about customers that could be seen as offensive behind their backs. Policies and expectations are constantly changed without informing staff until a mistake has been made.

The amazing team and kind managers as well as some of the kindest customers that come in

Rude customers

We get good commission and discount, the sales assistants are friendly aswell.

The supervisors report to the manager what we do during the day when he isn’t there. which creates a bit of a toxic environment for the other employees. Also we get heavily blamed for slow income days.

The manager at Skechers is amazing, she is always there to talk to if needs be. The company as a whole is fantastic and does it's best to make you feel part of the family

Sometimes there are difficult customers to deal with, but there is always someone to back you up and help you out when you need it
