  • Best thing

The main people I work with (not including management/supervisors) are amazing, they are helpful, kind, and supportive. There is weekly pay. It’s based solely on the warehouse so not customer orientated so if you’re like me and you struggle severely with social interaction/anxiety, it’s a great position.

    Worst thing

No sick pay, 30 minute unpaid break, there’s no actual rota so you find out if you’re on shift the day before via text/a sheet for the next day only, for 2 weeks on the trot I’ve had no work and no pay due to not being called in, I have no idea who my actual manager is as I’ve barely met them, the supervisors don’t seem approachable, everyone who picks/packs/anything else that’s not a higher position is on the same pay per hour regardless of how long they’ve been there (I.e 5 years and above)
