How hard we’re made to work, and what we’re expected to do. I also work the post office counter as a sub-postmaster, but don’t get paid for it. I’m made to do jobs the manager is supposed to do, but I don’t get paid for that either. We don’t get a discount, we’re never praised for our efforts or work by anyone other than our in store manager, all we get from higher ups is negative comments and complaints despite us doing our best as we’ve been trained to do. The store also has constant issues with the appliances and wifi, but when we ask for it to be fixed, the higher ups either just ignore us or wait months and months to then half arse the fix. The only decent repair they’ve done for the store is replacing a segment of floor, but that’s entirely to the credit of the workman himself.
