Reply from Resourcing Business Partner at Home Group, May 2024
Hi, thanks so much for your feedback. It's great to hear that you love the people you work with. I am concerned to hear feedback about working hours. Most working days should be 8 or 8.5 hours long but will include 30 or 60 minutes unpaid lunch break, so you are paid for 7.5 hours per day (37.5 per week). Do drop me a note on recruitment@homegroup.org.uk if you'd like to have a chat about your feedback. Simone
