  My colleagues. They're the only people you can rely on support from at this workplace.

  Management shows no respect to lower positions and make frustrating choices about workplace safety and operation. They act like everything is working well while pallets and stock quite literally fall from damaged racking. No matter how many reports are made on safety and operational issues, they are ignored and swept under the rug by nearly every manager.

  Freedom once on the road, occasionally regular shifts and decent vehicles to drive. Change of scenery on some occasions. Better money compare to warehouse, factories and other boring jobs,
