    Some people can be really good and motivational. Mutual understanding of how awful it can be sometimes.

    Team leaders set unrealistic targets. They tell you what you need to improve on but now how. You are meant to get weekly coaching but this never happens. If you call in sick you are forced to go in or told you will get a written warning. Managers working weekends always come in either still drunk, hungover or either still on drugs or on comedowns. And feel it is okay to take out their issues on you

    Sometimes working 6 days in a week.
    Change of shifts last minute.
    Not being flexible when it comes to appointments.
    Not getting paid and showing their dissatisfaction with taking time off for a sick child.
    Getting unpaid if you’re off the phone due to issues with the computer or headset.
    Hard to get holidays accepted.
    NOT FLEXIBLE WITH SINGLE PARENTS WHO HAVE LITTLE TO NO HELP WITH CHILDCARE.
    Not even managerial help when it comes to issues.

    Nasty customers. Schedualing team deny any holidays or leave you on waitlist till the dsy your holiday is ment to start then deny it wasting your holidays. Only aloud 3 sicks days within 12 months and paid under legal wage if sick leaving you to struggle.

    It's flexible over many years working there there is multiple campaigns you can move to, this keeps your worklife entertaining

    Sometimes you are forced onto another campaign and you have no choice.
    It's bad pay for the amount of stress and there is no work / home life balance

    Consistent wage, good amount of holiday allowance, discounts can be good depending on campaign, most managers are friendly and can be helpful

    Mental health support is good and will usually accommodate to appointments(unpaid)

    Not enough training at all when starting with the company, when new things happen we aren’t trained properly on every situation.

    Poor care for people with medical absences even with medical proof.

    You never get paid right, managers don't let you escalate calls, you barely every get a full break and you never finish on time. Me and a friend made a list of over 100 things wrong with the place.
