Tessuti job reviews
-
Best thing
Getting to work in a job that focuses on fashion, clothing.
Worst thing
The staff being unreliable and lazy and management being misogynistic and always giving the wrong type of shifts and cutting hours, and the case of feeling like you’re made to do everyones job with others slacking all the time. Management continues to be mean towards staff members after the regional manager comes in because they can’t handle feedback. No sense of a routine or order throughout the day, night shift.

Best thing
Nothing good came out of this experience for me honestly, wouldn’t recommend specially if you’re a student.
Worst thing
There were a lot of negativities is about this job such as:
1) I didn’t get enough training when I first started
2) staff were not as welcoming and as helpful as I expected
3) managers and shift leaders were extremely rude
4) because it’s a joint company I sometimes have to work in another store next door called “Scotts”
5) we only get half an hour breaks for 8 hours shifts
6) star facilities, such as staffroom, and toilets, were extremely dirty and untidySales assistant at Tessuti, January 2023
