  when you’re friends with the people you work with it’s fun, customers are usually people you know so can form relationships and the amount of skills learnt in a small window is good for future employers

  head office and area managers are clueless, definitely some ageism towards younger people in the company, there’s a lot of stress involved and not a lot of help from higher up. sick days and holidays are very impossible to get
