  It's a bitchy place to work. There are cliques in every department and those who are bad at their jobs seem to be protected. The shit stirrers are protected. The management team are clueless and protect the bullies by promoting them. Short staffed but carry on running the surgical lists like there's no issue and expect the staff to do it all. It's unsafe and they'll only stop when a patient gets hurt. Then they'll blame the staff.

  Management not understanding the floor the time it takes to care for our residents with the person centered needs. The toil it takes on your body and how long it takes to recover after a long day and the next of you have done 4 long days i feel management are running the unit but they lose the ability to see that equipment is heavy put a person who weighs 112.kg its hard work in small rooms to manuver.
