The service users. The residents are amazing. I love working in mental health and supporting people in this way. The residents make the days enjoyable.
Worst thing
Management and Head Office. It has a culture of bullying, dishonesty, the hide what really goes on and write their own positive reviews. They don't support staff. Staff are assaulted but no one cares to offer support or even ask if you're ok. Management are passive aggressive and the good staff leave and bad staff stay. Headoffice ignore the truth and bully whislteblowers out the company.
