What are kitchen and catering assistants saying about pay at the NHS?
-
Best thing
The sick pay is a great benefit, and I appreciate how supportive the team is. My colleague create a positive and collaborative working environment.
Worst thing
The management is poor and makes things unnecessarily difficult. Booking annual leave is a struggle, and it’s very hard to take day off when needed. These issues add unnecessary stress to the job.
