  Not enough time to actually listen to patient and help them as much as I would like to, not being paid enough, being treated differently as I'm a bank worker, getting moved from ward to ward, wait for the shift to be authorised for long periods of time, working on many different wards, not getting proper break, being overwhelmed by to workload, being understaffed all the time, not being paid for the training etc.

  Under staffed all the time high turnover of staff due to the nature of the job. Very stressful not enough people can handle what we put up with hard work everyday mentally drained and verbally abused from angry patients that are still awaiting to here for professionals
