Best thing
The team. The dentist I work with. The 9 tll 5 hours
Worst thing
The pay as a dental nurse they is alot to learn and alot of cpursework and exams alot goes into it alot of time effort and stress. Dentists get paid a hell of alot I understand they have worked really hard for this but there Job does not run without us nurses by there side we do everything except the dental work we do the notes the charting the lab work the set up of the surgery the stock the day lists the decon room make sure the dentist has all equipment they need for each treatment and we make sure everything I'd at hand so the surgery runs smooth and efficiently so the dentists can hit there targets this Is alot for just above minimum wage.
