    Good for booking days off. Can be flexible if needs be and can make the time back you owe for an appointment rather than putting leave in.

    Worst thing

    Management are awful expecially in the property department. They are awful about members of staff. Regularly pick and choose a favourite and if you aren't the favourite you absolutely know about it. They are very secretive, no one is allowed to let their team mates know they are leaving and it has to come from them about 2 weeks before you actually leave. Very unfair pay. Those that are just starting get up to ÂŁ4,500 MORE a year than those that have been loyal and worked there for a number of years.
