    *same repetition on certain roles. *Management speaks down to you, *management don’t have a clue how to do shift patterns or rotars,
    *HR doctor the pay slips so you can’t work your hours out.
    * the company favour agency workers over their own staff as they fear to loose them
    * during covid gestamp took 5% of our wages from us over 12 months
    * after covid gestamp laid everyone off when they felt like it which made us get into debt with the company and made us pay this back personally I had 160 hours I had to pay back and couldn’t afford to do so

    Rampant nepotism, favouritism and clique behaviour between managers. Extreme micro management from managers who openly admit they havnt a clue.
