Best thing
The job itself isn’t hard. It’s fulfilling, you feel like you’re doing something worthwhile, I love my team & the company - it’s a lovely place to work. The pay is good but could be better.
Worst thing
The systems need updating - having multiple platforms when 1 could do the same thing is just a waste of time. management need more training on social skills/awareness & how to speak to people. Kindness costs nothing. Promising progression but not putting you forward when you’ve proven yourself over & over is unethical to me.
