Care Quality Commission job reviews

  • Best thing

The company is a great company to work for however and has Great perks such as leave entitlement, sick leave , maternity leave, pension scheme, discounts from high street shops, car lease and much more.

    Worst thing

The pay starts within the organisation at £20,000 for F grade. There was a freeze with pay during covid and only last september the organisation agreed a small pay increase due to cost of living crisis which still isn’t much. The responsibilities within my team is challenging and at high demand. You are expected to do alot and not get paid right. Our team have never had the pay reviewed and it’s getting really frustrating due to the demands and challenges the role has. The managers just want to please the budget managers and show pay is fine and they never listen to the teams concerns over pay. This team is well overdue a pay review
