Most of the girls I work with are very lovely and it is nice when you genuinely help a customer/patient with something they need

The pharmacist I work with has been horrendous to me from day one. People are quitting left, right, and centre and the company will not hire enough new people to pick up the slack. We are constantly being asked to provide more services while being critically understaffed and this leads to patients being extremely rude to us all the time. Upper management make absolutely no effort to support us and most of the ships I have worked in are absolutely not meeting patient safety standards and are so horribly disorganised and behind on workload

Most of the team that i work with are amazing and very understanding of any problems that i may have. As well as this the pay is good.
Worst thing
yes the pay is good - when i get it all given to me. i’ve been underpaid several times in a row. There’s an unbalanced work load from shift to shift. Sometimes you have a million jobs to do, the next shift your stood behind tills for 4 hours.
