Best thing
Managerial support is brilliant, my managers manager acknowledges our hard work and knows us all. My manager cares about my health and wellbeing. My manager is considerate and allows me to to take training and take opportunities to learn more and experience more.
Worst thing
The case load cab be heavy but support is there. And we rely on other teams being well staffed but when they are not, my department ends up holding cases and doing the work of different departments. Which is great for experience but bad for case balancing.
