    Great discount and rates of pay, good employee benefits such as WeCare (a mental health hotline)

    Worst thing

    Lack of support from management at higher levels with hardly any support given to restaurants as they are too worried about numbers rather than the people who work for them. Lack of training for new team members and a lack of confidence from managers
