  The residents are lovely and majority of staff are lovely to work with. Food served at the home for residents is good. The homes have a homely feel to them. The home is separated into units so residents will be placed on different units depending on their needs which helps staff to know how to support each resident best.

  In member of management you rarely get to take a proper break to go and sit and eat somewhere due to the workload. Management often add to this workload with higher expectations in which are needed to be met. Although these expectations are to improve the home, for one member of the team to do for 20 residents is quite hard. Due to it being in the healthcare sector, staff turnover can be high and agency are used to fill in gaps. The pay isn’t amazing for what you do however that is like anywhere in the health and social care sector. Pressure on staff to constantly perform is a problem.

  Very stressful, always under staffed, don't feel safe in the job, under paid, too much expected of senior staff, staff constantly being abused by residents and nothing gets done about it, supposed to be #one family, but the company as a whole don't care about the staff, just interested in having bums in beds and making money
