    The people i work with are lovely, its nice and laid back, and inbetween calls you can do anything like colouring in or playing a game

    Late finishes at 8pm, but you get used to them. And if you finish late you start late too so not too bad

    There is always support available. The managers are understanding and will try their best to accommodate your needs. A lovely job that feels like a family.

    Can be busy, get stuck into work or helping others that you don't really have a break. The worst thing is the mean customers who talk or shout at you like your a piece of rubbish.
