  • Best thing

The free bowling is probably the best part as well as the co-workers you work with being some of the most friendly and lovely people on earth.

    Worst thing

The place is horrible it is the equivalent of essentially torturing yourself as the managers squeeze the bookings to the point that you're constantly running over booking times leading to you being the subject of being shouted out by customers. The managers also lack the ability to help you during situations like this and instead always anoint the customers with either a discounted rate or a free game rather than side with their employees regardless if they were just the right thing or not. Furthermore, you are NOT a customer service assistant you will be doing every task that you possibly can be doing, which is then rewarded with unpaid breaks that are only 30 minutes by the way and free meals that only occur if you on a 6-hour shift to add salt to the wound they even start pushing up your shifts later to round about when the kitchen closes that when you actually have a break you can't even get the free food you expected for that 6 hour shift. In conclusion, DO NOT WORK HERE! YOU ARE WORTH SO MUCH MORE THAN THIS JOB!
