    Overlay sexually commemts / conversations with customers that the just assume is ok. The multiple targets you have to hit that are unrealistic and could face a disciplinary if not meet. Expect to much

    Most of the team I work with, training is great, 50% discount is great. Customers can be lovely and you feel like you make a difference. Short hours if you want that

    Bullying and toxic sometimes. Feeling like you can't speak your mind. Rotas should be done 2 weeks in advance but often are half a week in advance so you can't plan anything. Hours can be too short,epuld rather have longer shifts. Not enough time to clean the shop, mop the floor etc once closed. Stressful

    Some of the people are … obsessive? They treat you as if you are a SW. We have call ups a lot that a really uncomfortable such as people doing sexual things on the phone where we have to hang up immediately

    There is a lot of pressure with selling, there’s always a huge list of things that needs doing. Customers can be wildly inappropriate at times which can be become scary and centre security do not take it seriously.
