Driver Hire Southampton is expanding, and we're on the lookout for reliable and dedicated Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team and work with a prestigious new client in the Southampton area.
Role Overview:
As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you'll be a key part of keeping the community clean by collecting waste along a designated route. This role involves driving a Class 2 vehicle and performing physical tasks, including lifting bin bags into the dustcart.
Key Responsibilities:
Start your shift between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Complete 8-hour shifts each day.
Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle while adhering to all safety protocols.
Participate in a training induction with our client to ensure you're fully prepared for the role.What We're Looking For:
Full UK Class 2 Driving Licence.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card.
Own transport for commuting to work.
Experience is welcomed, but newly qualified drivers are also encouraged to apply.
