  • Best thing

The job itself is fun, helping children and adults find what they are looking for and doing piercings. Most of the other employees are fun to work with as well.

    Worst thing

The lack of communication within the store and from higher up. The expectation is too much as there is a lot to do sometimes and upper management expect it to be done with limited hours and staff, making it impossible. 1 specific employee.

    Restocking honestly

    Worst thing

My team, my managers, head office. I was disrespected on multiple occasions by multiple people who I worked with. I had poor mental health and there was no support at all. All the staff would do is talk badly about others who worked there. We never had a semi permanent/ permanent manager, each one was fired and often supervisors would have to take up that role. Horrible first job.
