We want every visit to our clubs to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our customers. As the first and often the last point of contact for each one of our valued customers, our Receptionists play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our centres.

HOURS OF WORK

Week 1: Friday 13:00-21:00, Sunday 07:30-16:00 (17 hours)
Week 2: Monday 14:30-21:30, Tuesday 15:00-21:30 (13.5 hours)

Average:15.25 hours per week

    The gym members and environment especially on late shifts

    Worst thing

    Holiday taking a ridiculous time (sometimes 6 months) before being approved. Management are rude and uncaring, most of them haven’t worked in a gym in the last 10 years so have no understanding on how to run the place.
