Atlas Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Assistant (FTC Mat Cover) right now at the Holiday Inn Express Lichfield
Whilst previous experience of working in housekeeping in hotels would be useful, it's not essential. If you join our friendly, enthusiastic and guest focused teams we can teach you all you need to know! Our hotels offer enjoyable job roles with a huge amount of variety day to day.

- Our housekeepers are the lifeblood of what we do - without clean rooms we have no rooms to sell!
- Deliver a great guest experience through providing a high standard of cleaning throughout the hotel.

- Be an active and effective team member, working together to achieve hotel goals
- Monitoring any issues with rooms to other members of the team (eg Maintenance) as soon as possible
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards in both public and private areas, taking pride in the hotel and its team
- Effectively manage complaints using our 'service recovery' principles
- Understand and have a good knowledge of the products and services available at the hotel
- Understand guest satisfaction scores and maintain a good knowledge of hotel areas of focus
- Demonstrate good local knowledge and proactively provide this to guests when required
- Maintain compliance standards
- Positively represent the Atlas brand
- Take accountability for own development, career progression and growth in role
