Atlas Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Assistant (FTC Mat Cover) right now at the Holiday Inn Express Lichfield

  • Our housekeepers are the lifeblood of what we do - without clean rooms we have no rooms to sell!
  • Deliver a great guest experience through providing a high standard of cleaning throughout the hotel.

  • Be an active and effective team member, working together to achieve hotel goals
  • Monitoring any issues with rooms to other members of the team (eg Maintenance) as soon as possible
  • Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards in both public and private areas, taking pride in the hotel and its team
  • Effectively manage complaints using our 'service recovery' principles
  • Understand and have a good knowledge of the products and services available at the hotel
  • Understand guest satisfaction scores and maintain a good knowledge of hotel areas of focus
  • Demonstrate good local knowledge and proactively provide this to guests when required
  • Maintain compliance standards
  • Positively represent the Atlas brand
  • Take accountability for own development, career progression and growth in role
