This is the first collaborative Modern Apprenticeship of its kind Working across both North Lanarkshire Council and NHS Lanarkshire. It is a hugely exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team which plays a vital role in North Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership as a part of Health and Social Care Integrated Rehab Team. As part of the Locality Integrated Rehab Team, you will assist in providing a professional service, maximising service user independence. You will provide support to Occupational Therapists, liaise with agencies on behalf of service users and provide appropriate advice, guidance and practical support to individuals and their families. Your communication, organisation and interpersonal skills will greatly develop. You don’t need to have any previous experience although you should have English and at least three other National 5 level qualification at a Band A - C. Candidates who have successfully completed a relevant Foundation Apprenticeship will also be considered. During the selection process we’ll look for you to demonstrate the key strengths we know you’ll need to be successful; ambition, determination, adaptability, personality, ownership, be pro-active and show willingness to learn.
