About You
We are on the lookout for part-time Retail Associates to join our DV8 Strabane store. Some retail experience would be great, but we provide full training & development, so we don't enforce the need for previous experience!
About the Role
To be a successful Retail Associate at DV8 you will:
Offer friendly and helpful service to all of our customers
Keep our salesfloor looking spotless, tidy and easy to shop from
Be working at any part of the store be it salesfloor or the stockroom
Operate the till for both cash and card payments- full training will be provided
Undertake other tasks to help smooth running of the store

Best thing
Serving customers and working with a great bunch of colleagues. No two days are the same and it’s great.
Worst thing
When customers can be ignorant and pushy. Really underpaid for what the CEO can afford to pay. Doesn’t provide bonuses when staff go above and beyond for his company and changes his mind a lot about things within the company tasks. No sooner stock comes in until it’s transferred back out again which seems like we’re doing a warehouses job for them. We need consistency and more pay.
