We currently have exciting opportunities for Production Operative's to join the team in Flixton - Bungay
  • AM shift patterns (3 week rota) Example
  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu.
  • Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
  • Week 3: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
  • Pay rates: £12.59ph


Main Responsibility

Our Production Operatives will be responsible for:
  • Correctly and effectively carrying out the required functions, once trained to do so, in the cutting hall
  • General operative duties on the line as required
  • Ensuring that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to
  • Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours
  • Keeping the working area clean and tidy.

The successful candidate will:
  • Have the ability to meet targets i.e. productivity, quality hygiene and waste.
  • Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff

  • Be comfortable working with raw meat in a chilled and pressurised environment
