We currently have exciting opportunities for Production Operative's to join the team in Flixton - Bungay
- AM shift patterns (3 week rota) Example
- Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu.
- Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
- Week 3: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
- Pay rates: £12.59ph
Main Responsibility
Our Production Operatives will be responsible for:
- Correctly and effectively carrying out the required functions, once trained to do so, in the cutting hall
- General operative duties on the line as required
- Ensuring that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to
- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours
- Keeping the working area clean and tidy.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Have the ability to meet targets i.e. productivity, quality hygiene and waste.
- Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff
- Be thorough and methodical
- Be self-motivated
- Maintain high personal standards
- Be comfortable working with raw meat in a chilled and pressurised environment
