Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:

Position: Housing Support Worker

Location: Macclesfield

Rate: Negotiable

Length: 2 months (possibility for extension)

Hours: 36 hours per week

Work Pattern: On Site, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients with complex needs including mental health issues and substance misuse
• Develop, implement, and review support plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs
• Promote client independence and support access to benefits, budgeting, and life skills
• Assist service users in securing and maintaining long-term housing
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with policies and procedures
• Undertake occasional lone working, adhering to safety protocols

Essential Criteria:

• Enhanced DBS
• Experience working in similar role
