We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Caretaker to join our team based at Skimped Hill Health Centre.

This is a 9 month fixed term contract.

Hours of Work will be:

  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Working pattern- Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
  • Pay- 12.77 per hour.
  • DBS check required & Driving licence required.
  • Training will be provided

Requirements for the role:

To work within the facilities team to undertake general caretaking and handyperson duties in NHS Property Services premises, undertaking tasks in line with company policies and procedures. To ensure the completion of caretaking duties and basic maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
