You will be the best in class in your sector and will have a thirst for knowledge coupled with a desire to give your guests the very best service, standards and product.
About you…
Ideally you will have similar bar management experience and background within high profile, high volume bars & restaurants, passionate about hospitality, and obsessively detailed about little touches, demanding the very best from yourself and your team, you will also be a tip top mixologist, who can inspire the team & guests alike.

·Stock control, ordering of products, GP and labour control within a high volume, multiple bar operation.
·Training and development plays a key part in the role of a D&M duty manager, recruiting, training and motivating your team are at the centre of your universe.
·We know it’s not the reason you became a Duty Manager but keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the venue it vital
