What Anglian Home Improvements employees say about their job

  • Best thing

Everyone is really friendly and helpful, always up for a laugh and is generally relaxed. Getting to work from home is a bonus too.

    Worst thing

The regional offices that we frequently contact are awful. Some are sinking without no real assistance from head office. We are all aware of the issues within the company but very little is done about it. The job is extremely stressful due to this and you have strict instructions to do everything in a call instead of outside the call. We have a "after call work" option on our calling service but we are not allowed to use it as it "negatively impacts kpi's". This company, although has been going for many years, is still in its infancy when it comes to good customer service and delivering reasonable aftercare for their customers.
