Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join our team working at Kinloss Barracks.

You will be performing basic food preparation, preparing sandwiches and other grab and go foods. Alongside this, you will also be working front-of-house, operating the tills, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

  • This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, (any 5 days from 7, including weekends). Shifts range between 0530 - 2230.
  • Hourly rate of £12.21.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Assistant:

  • You will be preparing grab and go foods, such as sandwiches, grab and go pots, smoothies, and fresh fruit pots.
  • You will be cleaning both back and front-of-house, ensuring the unit is clean and tidy before, during and after service.
  • General front of house duties such as operating the till and cash handling, keeping financial records, providing excellent customer service, and serving customers.
  • Making hot and cold drinks and serving food on the food counters, ensuring you are always adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
  • Serving Drinks within the Bar.


You will be set up for success if you have:

  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work.
  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Previous experience preferred but not essential.
