  • Best thing

I get paid, and I meet 100s of people everyday

    Worst thing

The Manager doesn't listen to the multiple complaints about staff members not doing their job at all or sitting on their phone ignoring customers especially when said member is supposedly a "Duty Manager" but doesn't do anything to help the staff.
They keep changing their rules and now make us throw out any waste instead of take it home or give it to the other staff which they often give to the homeless people.
You only get 4 sick days a year (unpaid)

    Worst thing

The rota is shared with little prior notice (a day before the week starts). They don’t care much about the staff wellbeing, and there’s not much neither. They’re pretty disorganized.
