The Role:
You will be a key player in supporting our restaurants, inspiring our teams to follow your example as a guest led leader. Working alongside the Area Support team and restaurant management teams, finding ways to innovate and deliver an amazing team and guest experience while embodying the 5 stars in everything you do. You will always be a curious and constant learner, proactively seeking opportunities and welcoming feedback to develop and improve your knowledge, performance and skillset.

- To be an ambassador for our culture and values, always portraying an authentic positive attitude.
- To be a champion of standards and our culture, always setting the example.
- You will have excellent communication skills; ensuring you aid in the cohesive working relationships of the wider teams.
- Enjoy meeting new people and be confident in your ability to manage a new set of teams daily.
- Be adaptable to facilitate the strengths and weaknesses of all restaurant teams.
- Be open to giving and receiving feedback to and from all the team.
- Have the ability to learn new skills from different managers and to transfer the skills you possess to help other management teams grow stronger.
- To have an authentic relationship with all restaurant team members both FOH and BOH.
- To act as a role model for the team, ensuring decisions adhere to our focus on true Southern Hospitality- showing a passion for giving a great guest experience.
- Work with the Area team to actively ensure our restaurants are inviting and friendly environments for our guests to visit.
- Regularly review guest feedback (including Yumpingo) to ensure we are constantly improving our service and guest journey- understanding each restaurants own guest focuses and supporting them to improve.
- When on shift you are always looking at ways to elevate and push our service forward to give our guests a better experience.
- You will run great shifts and flex your style to each different restaurant you will be working in.
- You will visit each restaurant regularly, working to the needs of the business, giving feedback and support to the Management & Area Manager.
- To be a par level in restaurants and support in achieving the restaurant and the General Managers specific focuses, this will include restaurants in other areas/ regions of the business.
- To be an invaluable support for our new restaurant openings
- You will understand each restaurants unique team levels and implement your knowledge to support on the control the financials of the business.
- As an Area Roaming Manager, you will strive to have an indepth knowledge of each restaurant unique operational, health and safety and cultural make up.
- You will treat every restaurant as if it were your ownshowing true passion and ownership.
