Reporting directly to the Head of Construction International & Travel in our global HQ. This pivotal position as Construction Manager for the UK & Ireland, offers a unique opportunity to lead on upcoming store projects including the successful roll out of stores and construction/fit out of our stores.

This role is a significant contribution to the success of Rituals future store portfolio across the UK & Ireland. You will be responsible for;
  • Startup new stores; prepare and create a survey report and approve the suitability of potential locations, both financially as technical.
  • Survey new locations across the UK & Ireland
  • Building new stores across the UK & Ireland within budget
  • Manage external parties/suppliers
  • Planning successful store opening launches
  • Share and align planning with internal and external parties
  • Responsible for hand over of stores to retail and deliver a hand over report

To excel in this position, you will need to have an understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with (new) contractors and partners, through all of the operational stages.

You will provide measurable input to defining the direction of processes, that support in optimizing results and allocating resources optimally.

This is a high-volume, fast paced and dynamic role with exceptional growth prospects, demanding a leader with boundless energy, a innovative drive, and a keen operational and business acumen.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Construction Manager and overall real estate team in the UK & our Global HQ to implement our local business strategy.
