    Everything. Underpaid. Cramped. Stressed. Management coming up with stupid ideas all the time making things worse. Can barely get holidays in. Old equipment that doesn't work but it's your problem even though you don't own them. Spending millions on a factory they lease but no money for said equipment or to put price for jobs up. Get paid 20 quid between 5 lads to make a sofa worth over 1500
