Being understaffed during the busiest shifts whilst being told that we're over labour.
The feeling of stepping on eggshells whenever the GM is around.
The 8am phonecalls by the GM to get told I'm not doing good enough or that I need to come in that day when I'm supposed to be off because someone called in sick or didn't show up.

Pretty relaxed and friendly environment where I work, genuinely an enjoyable job
Worst thing
We are often understaffed, and get very little time off since we get called in last minute for shifts. We often work consecutive 12-14 hour shifts and rarely get weekends off. Very little holiday time, which is unpaid. Very difficult to get time off if you're sick. Rota for the week is given no earlier than about a day before that week starts.
