    They can be quite understanding, depending on the circumstances but it usually back fires on the other staff. Otherwise the job it's self isn't to bad

    You are treated like a child because 1 person messes up, the pay is crap, they don't pay us sick pay, they take half an hour off us each day for our break and we work for the trains but don't get any sort of discounted train travel.
