What employees are saying about Astrazeneca
-
Best thing
The people are generally really nice (can be a little cliquey at times tho). They do listen when you raise something.
Worst thing
The hours are long and not flexible. There is a higher rate of RSI or work-related injury and they don’t deal with people going off on sick leave well. They will try to fire you over sickness or injury. If you’re a temp, they will “not renew your contract” based on sickness/injury/maternity.
